Create a root observation object
A root is the top-level subject of observation. It has no parent, starts as a private draft, and belongs to the currently active profile.

Advanced settings
Object kind is optional for structural objects. Leave “other” unless a specific kind already has real system behavior.
The new root will be private and draft by default.
