A buyer sends a purchase confirmation request from a business profile. The business checks the request and confirms or rejects it. POINTS are awarded only after confirmation.

POINTS rules
How POINTS work
POINTS are loyalty units connected with confirmed external purchases, certificates and public trust between a buyer and a business.
How they are used
POINTS can reduce the money part of a certificate. When POINTS are used for a certificate, they are burned and are not transferred to the business.
Reliability
A buyer cannot confirm their own request. The business sees incoming requests and decides whether the purchase is real. The system keeps a transaction history instead of manually editing balances.
Current product rules
- A user can receive no more than 2,000 POINTS.
- POINTS cannot be bought.
- POINTS cannot be transferred to another user.
- 1 POINT is referenced as 1 EUR for value comparison.
- A business on the Free package can confirm up to 3 purchases per month.
